We endeavour to provide you with the best quality, natural and health promoting products in the most efficient and easiest way possible. Any glitch to this will be dealt with this promptly and with our goodwill.

Conditions outlined below apply to all sales transactions between a third party, whether individual or business, and Saucha (Saucha Skincare ltd). By placing an order with Saucha it is mutually understood and agreed that prices stated, on the website or other marketing material, are accepted and henceforth will be honour d by both parties.

Purchase of products from Saucha

It is understood that the customer give their correct details and guarantee the personal veracity therein. If these details are to change, it is the individuals responsibility to, at the earliest possible convenience, notify Saucha of these changes. This is to be done through the website at info@sauchacare.co.uk or by telephoning 07425 900815.

Orders are confirmed by the customer selecting "confirm order" on the Saucha website and following the checkout process thereafter. This being undertaken successfully, the buyer will shortly receive confirmation email from the above stated party. 

Under the occurrence of returns and cancellations

Unless otherwise notified, within 24hrs, once your order has been placed, customers have entered into a contract with Saucha, and to cancel this contract can only do so in accordance with our Cancelation Policy (see below). 

Conversely, Saucha reserve  the right of non-acceptance of customer orders, which may take place due to stock shortage, payment-queries  or delivery issues. In this case, all payment will be refunded immediately and prompt notification of due issues will be given by email or telephone.

In the case of complaints relating to Saucha products provided

It is duly requested that the recipient of faulty or inadequate good immediately contact the provider by telephone or email. Saucha promises to handle all queries throughly and satisfactorily within 2-3 working days.

Saucha Customer Privacy-policy

It is expected that Individuals and companies purchasing from Saucha take all reasonable measures to protect their account details and prevent un-authorised access. Re-set password requests will be sent to the email provided.

In accordance with the Data protection Act 1998, Saucha collects personal details in order to provide customers with the highest degree of service possible. We do not pass-on these details to any other third-parties and it is expected that if you further wish to have no after-sales correspondence from Saucha, that, accordingly, you will inform them of this via email or telephone. 


Pricing and payments to Saucha 

Prices listed on the website are guaranteed at the time of purchase but are subject to change over time. Cost to the customer includes VAT but does not include delivery cost which is listed at the Checkout stage of purchase as it subject to variance depending on order size and dispatch address. 


The dispatch of goods to customers 

Payments may be made with any major credit/debit card through our website, duly encrypted  and processed by PayPal. All payments are then automatically subject to validation checks and we do not accept responsibility for any delays that may ensue relating to this procedure. Products will be dispatched only when payment has been successfully taken in full. If refunds are given, legal ownership of related articles immediately reverts to Saucha.


Sauchas' delivery guarantee 

Every effort is made by Saucha to dispatch good purchased within 24 hrs of the date of purchase. However, under unusual  circumstances, this may take 2/3 days. Henceforth, using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery all deliveries within the UK are expected to be receive within 5 days of the placement of orders. This process may take up-to 14 days within Europe or to North America. Responsibility is assumed by the customer to be present at the stated address to receive and sign for goods dispatched. Upon attempted delivery, if this is not possible the recipient will be issued with a card giving contact details to make arrangements for re-delivery. All else failing, of goods are returned by the postal service to Saucha, refund will be issued in full, and legal ownership of the products will revert to the above. In the case of goods damaged after being signed-for by the customer, no responsibility can be taken by Saucha for refund or replacement of these goods.

Upon receipt of any products from Saucha contact details will be duly provided in order to take up any query or complaint that may arise  therein. It is asked that this process is taken-up immediately by the customer, or within 5-7 working days. After this period, cancellations or refunds may not be validated.


Product statement 

Saucha attempts to provide clear and concise descriptions of all items offered through their website and other promotional material. However, it cannot be guaranteed under trade-description laws that these descriptions are legally  correct or applicable though all attempts are made it order if compliance.

All products issued by Saucha are handmade, henceforth ,  rights are reserved by Saucha that goods may differ slightly from images shown in the website, or preciously received orders of the same, as natural and organic variations do occur within the production of genuinely handcrafted products. 

It is acknowledged that goods are to be used personally or sold only by the individual or company recorded as the purchaser and are explicitly not eligible for resale by any third-party. 

Unforseeable Circumstances

It is acknowledged that Saucha make every effort to meet the prior-stated dispatch times for good ordered. However, this will not be the acknowledged responsibility of the above in extenuating circumstances,  such as Acts of God, wars or defaulting suppliers.

Legal contract and customer services

The above stated is subject and in accordance to relevant UK law and statutory consumer rights. Any complaints therein must be made within the bounds of this law and exclusively through U.K. courts.  Terms and conditions may change periodically, so it is advisable that before purchase customers revisit these terms to maintain agreement and compliance.
